Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a US HEVA Neurology Asset/Indication Lead to drive HEOR strategy and evidence generation for the neurology portfolio. The role sits in a cross-functional team focused on payer value, evidence dissemination, and market access in the United States.

The incumbent will lead HEOR execution, collaborate with commercial and medical teams, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong relationships with external partners and payers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in health economics/outcomes research.
• US product launch experience with payer evidence knowledge.
• Strong understanding of US payer dynamics and market access.
• Experience with economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and COA development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of HEOR activities for the neurology pipeline.
• Oversee economic modeling, systematic reviews, and COA development.
• Represent Sanofi at major scientific conferences and engage with payers.
• Mentor junior HEVA team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with commercial, medical affairs, and market access to align evidence generation with strategic goals.
