Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Director, Global HEVA Neurology, Early and Pipeline Assets, in a hybrid role based in the US. The position leads HEVA strategy across Alzheimer’s, neurodegenerative conditions, and related assets, coordinating with US and global teams and mentoring colleagues.

The role requires 10+ years in HEOR, an advanced degree, and strong communication skills. You’ll partner with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to drive value evidence and market access strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage high-complexity assets and therapeutic areas that require innovative evidence generation.
• Deep understanding of global health technology assessment processes and payer decision-making frameworks.
• Experience in Neurology required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HEVA evidence and tools to support early Neurology pipeline.
• Develop global HEVA strategies for the portfolio and align with US insights.
• Mentor junior team members and lead department initiatives.
• Engage with payers, HTA bodies, and academic institutions.
• Represent Sanofi at scientific conferences and industry forums.
• Oversee health economics studies, real-world evidence strategies, and regulatory compliance.
