Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a HEVA (HEOR) Business Partner to lead evidence generation across AYVAKIT and pipeline assets. Hybrid work in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ with 3 on‑site days per week.

The role partners with US HEVA and global teams to translate value propositions into payer evidence and influence access decisions. The candidate will design HEOR studies, perform economic modeling, develop COA strategies, and contribute to publications while mentoring colleagues and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD) in a scientific discipline.
• 5 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
• Global product launch experience and understanding of payer evidence requirements.
• Proven track record of scientific publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Ability to translate Target Value Propositions into evidence hypotheses and generation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset‑level HEOR strategies within the global HEVA framework for AYVAKIT and pipeline assets, translating value propositions into evidence plans.
• Design and execute HEOR research, including economic modeling, database analysis, and systematic reviews, aligning with IEGP.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams and align with US HEVA to reflect US payer needs.
• Develop collaborative payer relationships to inform value demonstration and HTA submissions.
