You will design economic models, conduct database analyses, and manage external partnerships to demonstrate value for payers and providers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline.
• 3 years of HEOR, real-world evidence, or related field; or 5+ years in CRO/non-clinical research.
• Experience applying HEOR methods and understanding US payer system

Responsibilities

• Design and execute HEOR research including economic modeling, database analysis, and evidence synthesis.
• Drive HEVA tactics to support commercial objectives and market access goals.
• Collaborate with US Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Policy teams to inform value frameworks and ICER responses.
• Contribute to US launch readiness planning for Neurology and Immunology portfolios.
