Job summary
Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a senior HEOR professional to shape strategy and execute plans evaluating healthcare value for marketed products and clinical candidates. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Brand, and Clinical teams to develop information for patients, clinicians, and payers to support decision-making.
The role requires advanced training in health economics and substantial experience with HTA submissions, outcomes research, and payer engagement, with leadership
Qualifications
- MS degree in health outcomes/economics or related field and 8+ years in PHARMA HEOR
- PhD or PharmD in health outcomes/economics or related field and 5+ years in HEOR
- Managerial/functional management experience required
- Internal thought leadership with technical/business expertise
- Expertise in US HTA submission materials (AMCP, ICER)
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes plans for product/disease specific projects
- Translates strategy into operational/tactical plans for evidence
- Collaborates with internal partners to meet external evidence needs
- Manages vendors and contractual obligations
- Interacts with senior leadership to influence policy and decisions
- Represents Neurocrine at professional events and presents data
