Qualifications

• Eight years of full-time experience at director/executive level.
• Experience in P&L, budgeting and EBITDA oversight.
• Proven ability to lead cross-border recruitment teams.
• Experience with market entry strategies and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the North American recruitment business.
• Oversee US operations, financial performance and EBITDA.
• Develop and execute the US market strategy and client acquisition plan.
• Manage US recruitment team, KPIs and delivery standards.
• Represent the company in strategic partnerships and executive engagements.
