Pinterest in the United States is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team sourcing corporate professionals across CFO, Legal and People orgs. You’ll shape strategy, build programs and partner with executives to drive high-impact hiring.

You’ll manage recruiters, use data to optimize pipelines, and apply AI responsibly to improve speed and quality while guarding against bias and protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People).
• 4+ years managing recruiters with coaching and performance feedback.
• Experience building recruiting strategies for complex hiring needs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruiting strategy and execution for Legal & Business Affairs, CFO and People orgs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.
• Build and implement recruiting strategies aligned to business goals and timelines.
• Partner with HRBP and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and risks.
• Monitor pipeline health and performance using data to drive improvements.
• Escalate issues and guide the team through complex or changing situations.
• Contribute to leadership discussions with insights on hiring trends and culture.
• Use AI to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy and reducing bias.
