Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Head of Marketing, US Immuno-Oncology - Lung to lead the integrated US marketing strategy for IO therapies in lung cancer. You will shape strategy across current brands and future indications, translating vision into commercial execution for HCP, patient and consumer audiences.

You will develop and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with Global, Sales, Medical, and Finance, and drive lifecycle plans, forecasting, and P&L stewardship across the franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/commercial roles, incl. US Oncology marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated brand/franchise strategies across indications/products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Immuno-Oncology Lung marketing strategy across current brands, indications, and pipeline.
• Drive launch excellence with pre-launch, launch, and post-launch plans.
• Develop customer strategies for HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.
• Build cross-functional alignment and manage performance milestones.
