Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Marketing, US Oncology to lead strategic and tactical marketing for a growing portfolio. The role drives US oncology brand strategy, in-line marketing execution, and launch planning across the portfolio, managing a small brand-lead team.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in pharma/biotech with 7+ years of U.S.-based oncology marketing experience, plus strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 7+ years of in-line marketing/launch experience in U.S. Oncology.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or indications simultaneously.
• Experience leading teams and managing P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Oncology brand strategy and execution across portfolio.
• Oversee annual brand planning and integrated marketing plans.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness for new indications/products.
• Develop and manage NA launch timelines, training, and field execution.
• Manage topline revenue forecast and budget allocations.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory.
