Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in pharma industry, or Master's/PhD with 10+ years.
Proven AI-enabled or advanced-analytics marketing experience.
5+ years leading marketing teams.
US product launch and lifecycle management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own design and execution of an AI-enabled marketing strategy.
Lead precision targeting across two NSCLC biomarker-defined populations (ALK+ and BRAF V600E-mutant).
Set a multi-year strategic vision for the lung portfolio and anticipate market shifts.
Lead and develop a talented team of marketers to achieve high performance and impact.
Ensure marketing materials are compelling, compliant, and effectively reach customers.
