Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced LORBRENA/BRAFTOVI lung team leader to drive AI-enabled marketing strategies for biomarker-defined NSCLC populations. You will influence cross-functional teams, align lung portfolio strategy, and engage in multi-year planning to protect and grow the franchise.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable commercial plans in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in pharma, or Master’s with 10+ years, or Ph.D./PharmD with 7+ years.
• Proven experience applying AI-enabled or advanced-analytics to commercial marketing.
• Experience leading marketing teams and launching products in US/biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an AI-enabled marketing strategy using ML, predictive analytics, and next-best-action.
• Lead biomarker-defined NSCLC targeting and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop multi-year lung portfolio strategy and manage brand lifecycle.
