Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics or data-related field.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in forecasting, primary market research, or advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, execution, interpretation, and sharing of qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Integrate insights across primary research, secondary sources, real‑world data, and other evidence to inform strategy.
• Lead long-term forecasting by integrating insights, performance, analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with global teams to calibrate and align on a shared forecast view and reflect strategic choices.
• Define KPI development with commercial teams to guide decisions that drive growth.
• Monitor market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks for brand strategy.
• Frame business questions with data experts and determine analytical approaches across complex datasets.
• Translate results into clear implications for stakeholders.
