Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director, Head of Marketing, US Oncology to lead strategic and tactical marketing for oncology products. You will drive US brand strategy, in-line marketing, and launch planning for pipeline assets, leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 12+ years in pharma/biotech, including 7+ years in U.S.-based oncology marketing, with experience managing a brand team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech with 7+ years in-line marketing/launch in U.S. Oncology.
• Experience managing multiple brands or indications simultaneously.
• Experience leading teams and managing P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing activities for Oncology products and manage the brand team.
• Lead annual brand planning and develop integrated marketing plans.
• Monitor brand performance and inform tactical pivots with KPI insights.
• Develop short and long-term forecasts in collaboration with finance.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, and agencies.
