You will translate market data into actionable plans, drive multi-year brand strategies, and collaborate with Market Access and analytics to deliver measurable impact across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or Ph.D./PharmD with 7+ years.
• Proven experience applying AI-enabled or advanced-analytics approaches to commercial marketing.
• Track record of connecting commercial initiatives to revenue outcomes and leading marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly own the design and execution of an AI-enabled marketing strategy for two NSCLC programs.
• Lead a cross-functional team, aligning brand strategy with diagnostic/testing pathways and HCP engagement.
• Set multi-year strategic visions for the lung portfolio and anticipate market shifts.
• Partner with brand teams to drive lung indications and biomarker-driven strategies.
• Connect patient journey with field sales and marketing, using data to measure outcomes and hold teams accountable.
