The role will have overall responsibility for operations, commercial performance, profitability, customers and people, working closely with senior leadership to develop the business.

The position requires 5+ years in freight forwarding/logistics/3PL with a strong track record in leadership and business development, and hands-on,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or 3PL.
• Strong commercial and operational track record.
• Experience across air, ocean and/or domestic freight.
• Excellent customer, leadership and business-development skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach suited to a growing SME.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and team performance.
• Drive revenue, profitability and business growth.
• Develop key customer and supplier relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Oversee air, ocean and domestic freight operations.
