Job summary

Allegro Home Delivery seeks a Manager, Operations - International to lead a multi-modal logistics network from booking to delivery. You will oversee domestic and international air freight, trucking, and warehousing, guiding internal teams and external carriers for enterprise accounts.

The role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on leadership, and expertise in managing complex air/ground networks and customer relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in air freight forwarding, domestic trucking, or 3PL logistics operations.
• Experience managing carrier networks, airlines, and trucking partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own performance of domestic and international air freight and domestic trucking networks.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time transit, claims, CSAT, and cost per shipment.
• Lead carrier reviews, rate negotiations, onboarding, and contracts.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and performance scorecards.
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, and project coordination as needed.
