Job summary

Sprintlaw (UK) Ltd is seeking a Legal Intake Advisor to join the US expansion and act as the first US-based hire. You will convert inbound US startup enquiries, articulate our fixed-fee legal service model, and collaborate with international teams to grow the market.

This is a remote, high-responsibility role offering ownership and growth opportunities. You will work with the Director of International Markets, manage a high volume of inquiries, and help shape the US sales function while building

Qualifications

• Experience in legal services, startups or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and explain legal concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, email and text.
• Identify client needs and scope appropriate legal services.
• Explain Sprintlaw's model and benefits over traditional firms.
• Prepare briefs for the US legal team and follow up with prospects.
• Build relationships and convert inquiries into paying clients.
• Help shape US sales strategy and growth initiatives.
