You will coordinate with attorneys to schedule consultations, support the intake process, and collaborate with marketing to convert leads into clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar legal intake or client-facing role.
• Experience in new client acquisition and client communication.
• Strong background in legal administration and familiarity with legal terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency with legal software and CRM systems required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients with a professional impression.
• Gather, organize, and input client information into our database accurately.
• Conduct initial client interviews to assess needs and fit for services.
