Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of commercial marketing experience in pharma/biotech.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading launch or growth phases for pharmaceutical brands.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, and access teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end U.S. commercialization strategy and launch.
• Shape brand strategy, positioning, and HCP campaigns.
• Lead agency strategy and creative development for launch greatness.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Commercial, Medical, Access, Communications.
• Incorporate field insights to optimize engagement and promotional effectiveness.
• Manage financial planning, ROI, and investment optimization for launch.
• Engage with patients, advocacy groups, and KOLs to inform strategy.
