ViiV Healthcare in Durham, NC seeks a Senior Director, Pipeline and Product Communications to own the global communications strategy for its HIV pipeline and portfolio. This role partners with senior leaders across R&D, Medical, and GSK to translate complex science into compelling narratives and drive launch readiness.

As a senior leader, you will guide reputation management, data- and science-driven storytelling, and external engagement, while managing a high-performing team to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in pharmaceuticals or healthcare communications.
• Experience developing, implementing and measuring external communications strategies for a large global organization.
• Experience preparing senior leaders to communicate science and launches to external audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead global pipeline and product communications strategy, setting priorities and cadence for internal/external communications.
• Advise senior leaders on reputation, disclosure readiness and scientific storytelling across R&D, Medical and Commercial.
• Drive launch readiness for upcoming data milestones and regulatory Moments with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee high-quality communications content: press releases, Q&As, social, leadership materials and launch collateral.
• Partner with GSK Communications, Investor Relations and Corporate teams to align ViiV messaging with the broader GSK story.
• Coach and prioritise Pipeline and Product Communications team to deliver high-impact outcomes.
