Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its recruitment team. This 100% remote role focuses on US-based requirements, with a US shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, and targets daily and monthly hiring goals.

The ideal candidate has 6 months or more of recruiting experience, familiarity with US work authorisation (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT), and strong communication and sourcing skills. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a US shift and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and requirements.
• Coordinate initial interviews and screenings with candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Candidates with 15 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment will be preferred.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, US work authorisation, rate negotiation, and US recruitment processes.
