Job summary

Compunnel is seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. We welcome motivated candidates with 6 months to 3 years of US staffing experience to build a career in US recruitment. This role supports end-to-end hiring for US-based requirements and requires working in US shift hours.

Freshers and experienced professionals with strong communication and sourcing skills are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help you excel in US staffing processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
