Job summary

MBSL is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top technical and non-technical talent end-to-end for US roles. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews with client teams, and maintain ATS records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing across job boards like Monster, Naukri, and Dice, plus LinkedIn Recruiter, and will build strong relationships with consultants to fulfill ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• End-to-end US IT recruitment across Developers, Engineers, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Source candidates via Monster, Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on client requirements and technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and client teams.
• Build pipelines for recurring roles and maintain consultant relationships.
• Track candidate data and recruitment workflow in ATS.
• Ensure timely closures and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring cycle.
