Job summary

Maven It Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter who can drive end-to-end recruitment for the US market. You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates quickly.

Responsibilities include sourcing on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
• Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Familiar with hiring models W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet targets.
• Experience working in US shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates via phone/video interviews.
• Verify work authorization/visa status.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Assist with offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a candidate network and pipeline.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly recruitment targets.
