Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading US IT operations with strong customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site IT teams and budgets.
- Solid knowledge of Apple MAC ecosystems and Microsoft O365.
- Experience with IT security, DR/BCP and asset management.
- Strong reporting and stakeholder communication capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations for NY and LA offices.
- Manage desktop, server, and network infrastructure and vendor relations.
- Ensure IT services performance, incident response, and improvement initiatives.
- Control US IT assets, budgets and cost optimization.
- Lead IT projects, coordinate deployments and global applications.
- Support MacOS X clients and O365/Adobe/CAD toolsets.
- Maintain backups, security posture and disaster recovery plans.
