US IT Operations Engineer — PST Hours, SaaS & Security

Job summary

Suki is seeking an autonomous IT Support Engineer to own US daytime IT operations. You will manage identity, HRIS, and SaaS access (Okta, Google Workspace, BambooHR) and coordinate with our US MSP to ensure SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include security compliance via Vanta and endpoint protection, device provisioning with MDM (Hexnode) and Apple Business Manager, and managing vendor relationships while triaging incidents during PST hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support or Systems Administration supporting US-based teams.
• Deep hands-on admin experience with Okta, Google Workspace, MDM (Hexnode), Jira, BambooHR integrations.
• Familiar with HRIS-driven IT workflows and SaaS management platforms (Torii).
• Hands-on with compliance monitoring tools (Vanta) and endpoint security (CrowdStrike).
• Able to enforce SOC2/HITRUST policies and coordinate with vendors/MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Identity, HRIS & SaaS management for US employees (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Secure and SLA-driven onboarding/offboarding integrating BambooHR, Okta, Jira, Torii.
• Manage device provisioning and core tools (Hexnode, Apple Business Manager, Meraki).
• Coordinate with US MSP, triage helpdesk tickets, monitor SLA performance.
• Autonomous incident triage during PST hours and handoff with India IT Lead.
