Job summary

Travelers IT is seeking an IAM Operations Engineer to join the IAM Operations support team. You will monitor identity services, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate across engineering teams to resolve business-impacting issues.

This role requires strong knowledge of Okta SSO, SailPoint, Unix/Windows, and scripting, with a hands-on approach to production support, change windows, and 24/7 on-call readiness. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in IT Security Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools such as Okta SSO and SailPoint is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for IAM services including SiteMinder, Access Gateway, Okta, and SSO certificate renewal.
• Support Identity Management services including SailPoint IIQ and MFA.
• Set up and support Autosys batch jobs.
• Coordinate with teams to close issues with follow-ups.
• Manage changes, incidents, and service requests for IAM services.
• Coordinate cross-LOB changes in meetings.
• Implement changes during change windows per guidelines.
