Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc in the United States is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing IT team. This hands-on role supports employees across devices, SaaS apps, onboarding and offboarding, and IT operations, with opportunities to own issues end-to-end.

You’ll work across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Kandji, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Slack and Zoom, documenting solutions and contributing to our knowledge base while collaborating with Systems Admins.

Qualifications

• Experience in helpdesk or desktop support role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with macOS and Windows.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially with non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn and own issues end-to-end.
• Ability to document solutions and update knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support via tickets, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and SaaS issues.
• Support macOS and Windows devices.
• Provision and troubleshoot laptops and devices.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Escalate when needed and collaborate with Systems Admins.
