Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business growth in the US P&C insurance sector. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, develop territory strategies, and position Earnix's AI-driven decisioning solutions as transformational assets for insurers navigating digital evolution.

You will build executive relationships, collaborate with global teams, travel across the US for events and customer engagements, and represent Earnix as a trusted partner in the insurance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven US P&C insurance sales experience.
• Experience closing strategic deals in complex organizations.
• Fluency with MEDDPICC or similar qualification methods.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US.
• Strong executive-level relationship-building and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for US insurers.
• Develop territory/account strategies and expand Earnix's footprint.
• Build relationships with actuarial, product, underwriting, pricing, IT, and executives.
• Collaborate with global remote teams for a seamless customer journey.
• Represent Earnix at US industry events and conferences.
