Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the analytical portion of the sales process for insurance decisioning solutions. You will uncover customer analytics needs, demonstrate Earnix capabilities, and align technical demonstrations with the insurance carrier’s strategic goals.

You will work with Sales Directors, Product, and Technical teams to craft tailored solutions, deliver compelling value stories, and travel to clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead presentations to large groups and translate business problems into technical value.
• Hands-on pricing and/or underwriting experience in commercial lines.
• Strong analytical skills connecting analytics to business outcomes.
• Experience speaking with senior insurance executives (CIOs, Heads of LOBs, product/actuarial teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical portion of the sales process end-to-end.
• Act as trusted advisor to insurance professionals from practitioners to executives.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to tailor Earnix solutions to customer needs.
• Understand Earnix products and run technical demonstrations for clients.
• Develop clear value stories and align with Product/Technical teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Manage technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and stay ahead of industry trends.
