Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business in the Canadian P&C insurance sector. You will own complex sales cycles end-to-end, build executive-level relationships, and position Earnix’s decisioning solutions as transformational assets for insurers navigating digital evolution.

You will lead territory strategies, expand Earnix’s footprint, and collaborate with global teams to deliver a seamless buyer journey from prospect to close. Travel across Canada will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of successful sales experience in Canadian P&C insurance.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation challenges in the sector.
• Experience closing strategic deals in fast-growth environments.
• Fluency with MEDDPICC or similar qualification processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close with MEDDPICC.
• Develop territory and account strategies to expand Earnix’s footprint.
• Build relationships with actuarial, product, underwriting, pricing, IT, and executives.
• Collaborate with global remote teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Represent Earnix at industry events and customer engagements.
