Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced U.S. Immigration Program Manager to drive the operating model and program direction for U.S.

employment-based immigration, serving as a subject-matter expert on case filings and compliance operations. This senior individual contributor will partner with Recruiting, Legal, and external counsel to solve complex immigration challenges, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve case management processes at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in U.S. employment-based immigration including case filings and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise across U.S. employment-based visa categories and permanent residence pathways.
• Experience designing and operating compliance frameworks and program direction.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume filing portfolios with high accuracy and compliance.
• Track record of scalable processes, playbooks, and quality frameworks.
• Experience coordinating with external law firms and immigration vendors with SLAs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve priorities in ambiguity.
• Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve compliance workflows.
