Uber’s Global Relocation & Immigration (GRI) team seeks a US Immigration Program Manager to own service delivery and compliance for the United States. You will partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leadership to shape immigration solutions and ensure a strong stakeholder experience.

You will operate autonomously, driving strategic initiatives, regulatory risk mitigation, and program improvements in a fast-paced, global mobility environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of US global mobility experience.
• Deep expertise in US employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visa categories and immigrant programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the GRI team to tailor US immigration offerings to the US business needs.
• Build relationships with US stakeholders to position GRI as a key enabler for international talent.
• Monitor regulatory changes and design strategies to mitigate risk and protect the business.
• Ensure compliant implementation of US immigration policies while driving efficiency and experience.
• Lead immigration support for US projects such as entity set-ups, M&A, and restructures.
• Escalate complex cases and drive scalable solutions with vendor and People Operations teams.
• Contribute to global GRI projects and evolve mobility services.
• Develop stakeholder education and training to increase awareness.
• Manage the relationship with Uber’s US immigration vendor and monitor invoices.
