Qualifications

• 8+ years of U.S. business immigration experience with deep knowledge of employment-based immigration laws and compliance.
• 5+ years of program management experience leading complex initiatives.
• 5+ years working in complex, matrixed organizations with senior stakeholder collaboration.
• 5+ years of experience coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, governance, and execution of the U.S. immigration program from strategy through delivery.
• Lead end-to-end immigration programs (H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, etc.) and ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, HR, and business leaders to align immigration with business goals.
• Define roadmap, governance, vendor oversight, and budget for the program.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and updates for senior leadership.
