Job summary

Uber is seeking a Manager to own the U.S. Immigration program from strategy through execution. You will define the strategic direction, governance framework, and long-term roadmap for Uber's U.S. immigration program, ensuring compliance and alignment with Talent Acquisition and People & Places priorities.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and business leaders to support Uber's talent strategy, while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience and ongoing program improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of U.S. business immigration experience.
• 5+ program management experience.
• 5+ years operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing team members.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, governance, and execution of Uber's U.S. immigration program, ensuring compliance and alignment with priorities.
• Lead end-to-end U.S. immigration programs (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.) and work authorizations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, HR, and leaders on immigration solutions and workforce planning.
• Define program roadmap, governance, and KPIs; drive scalability, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Oversee immigration vendor governance and performance; conduct executive reviews.
• Manage escalations and provide senior decision-making on high-risk matters.
