Uber is seeking a Manager to own the U.S. Immigration program from strategy through execution. The Uber Global Relocation & Immigration team is looking for a Manager to own the U.S. Immigration program from strategy through execution. In this role, you will define the strategic direction, governance framework, and long-term roadmap for Uber's U.S. immigration program, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with Talent Acquisition and People & Places priorities.
The U.S. immigration program is a critical enabler of Uber's talent strategy, supporting the hiring, retention, and mobility of foreign national employees while ensuring compliance with evolving U.S. immigration regulations.
The U.S. Immigration Manager will report directly to the Head of Global Relocation & Immigration and sit on the GRI leadership team. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Places, Legal, Finance, business leaders, immigration counsel, and external service providers to ensure Uber's immigration program effectively supports business objectives while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $123,000 per year - USD $137,000 per year.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $137,000 per year - USD $152,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $137,000 per year - USD $152,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $123,000 per year - USD $137,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
