Applied Intuition is seeking a Program Manager - Global Mobility to lead immigration strategy and scalable mobility programs across 6+ countries. You will own a portfolio of 300+ immigration cases and 50+ international relocations, using data and AI to improve speed, quality, and cost.

This role blends deep immigration and mobility expertise with strong program-management instincts, balancing employee counsel with scalable systems and playbooks for repeatable success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate immigration and global mobility, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of designing scalable programs that connect strategy to execution.
• Systems-oriented mindset and the ability to build playbooks that enable repeatable, complex work to run reliably with autonomy.
• Genuine AI fluency, currently using tools to scale communication and automate workflows rather than as a future aspiration.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate legal nuance into business-aligned options for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end immigration strategy, serving as the primary SME for major US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM) and ensuring global compliance
• Build our rotation and mobility program, overseeing the complete lifecycle of international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations
• Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes, managing vendor relationships, and defining operational KPIs like time-to-file and cost-per-matter
• Design scalable manager communication systems, creating tiered guidance, intake SLAs, and self-service resources to reduce inbound noise
• Leverage AI tools actively to automate repetitive case workflows, draft communications at scale, and translate regulatory updates into manager-ready guidance
• Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks for new markets
