Job summary

Celldex is advancing immunology with antibody-based therapies to improve patients' lives. The US HEOR lead is a senior Medical Affairs role partnering with cross-functional teams to translate evidence into payer value for barzolvolimab and pipeline assets.

Reporting to the Executive Director, HEOR, you will develop US payer strategies, deliver customer-facing materials, and build external partnerships while guiding field HEOR capabilities. Travel 30-40% is expected.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, SciD, MD) in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years biopharma experience in health economics, outcomes research, patient reported outcomes, market access or related fields.
  • Proven ability to independently conduct HEOR research across multiple assets.
  • Experience developing and executing customer research collaborations.
  • Deep knowledge of managed care, formulary decision makers, payment models and US HTA trends.
  • Track record of relationships with HEOR end users to support healthcare decision makers.
  • Ability to view HEOR from scientific and business perspectives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in pharmacoeconomic analysis and observational research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel flexibility – 30-40%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement US customer facing deliverables (Medical PIE decks, US BIM, AMCP dossier) for Celldex products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external HEOR researchers and partners.
  • Provide access expertise for cross functional team members within Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation.
  • Develops US HEOR strategic and tactical plans aligned with leadership; ensure RWE and access insights are communicated.
  • Establish and standardize internal processes for medical payer deliverables with Strategy, Excellence and Operations.
  • Partner with Field Medical Leadership and HEOR teams to identify evidence gaps and inform strategies.
  • Lead enterprise initiatives addressing access, reimbursement and HTA challenges.
  • Present research findings and payer-facing decks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure HEOR activities are conducted with scientific integrity and compliance.
