Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, US HEOR to lead payer evidence and value strategies for the Celldex pipeline, including barzolvolimab.

This role collaborates with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Field teams to translate evidence into payer value and inform access decisions. Responsibilities include delivering HEOR deliverables, maintaining external relationships, and shaping integrated evidence-generation plans.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (PhD, PharmD, SciD, MD).
• Minimum 10+ years biopharma experience in health economics, outcomes research, market access or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently conduct HEOR research across multiple assets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel required – 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement US customer facing deliverables (Medical PIE decks, US BIM, AMCP dossier) for Celldex pipeline products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external HEOR researchers and establish evidence-based solutions to access challenges.
• Provide access expertise for cross functional team members within Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation.
• Lead development of US HEOR strategic and tactical plans aligned with leadership; ensure RWE and access insights are integrated into plans.
• Establish internal processes and framework for payer-focused deliverables in partnership with Strategy, Excellence, and Operations.
