Job summary

Advancing Analytics seeks a US GTM Lead to build presence in North America from the ground up. You will lead growth with Databricks, AWS and Microsoft partnerships, guiding strategy and hands-on business development to scale revenues.

You will report to the CRO, shape the GTM plan, and hire/lead AEs and BDRs while managing forecasting and the company-wide pipeline. This is a founding, player-to-leader role focusing on high-impact growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Data, AI, Analytics or Cloud Transformation services.
• Track record of building new markets, territories or regions.
• Ability to move between executive strategy and hands-on business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
• Build and lead a sales team; manage forecasting and pipeline.
