Databricks is seeking a GTM Digital Native Programs Leader to scale pipeline and consumption for the Digital Native vertical. You will partner with the Industry GTM Leader to translate strategy into durable, repeatable commercial execution across a global field organization.

You will drive cross-functional programs, influence executives, and orchestrate a data-driven, ecosystem-focused growth engine for a high-growth SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Operational backbone of a business vertical, focusing on pipeline health and execution.
• Translate industry strategies into durable, field-ready commercial motions for large organizations.
• Develop global, scalable GTM frameworks beyond one-off deals.
• Technical knowledge on Databricks, AI topics, and governance.
• Strong understanding of open source ecosystem in enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems (MLOps, GenAI apps, or large-scale models).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program design across the full funnel: demand generation to consumption.
• Create scalable program assets used by Sales, FE, BD, Marketing, Ecosystem.
• Drive field adoption and share best practices across product and field teams.
• Collaborate with partnerships, ISV, and Data Marketplace teams to drive ecosystem adoption.
• Establish measurement systems to track program performance and outcomes.
