Job summary

Databricks is seeking a leadership role to shape global field engineering enablement, turning technical builders into trusted business advisors. You will craft strategies, design AI-driven practice environments, and align learning with real customer deals.

You will partner with senior leadership to embed customer skills into hiring, performance management, and career development across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, driving measurable improvements in engagement and deal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable enablement programs for large global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy for Customer Skills across Field Engineering and execute end-to-end.
• Develop influence frameworks and learning journeys aligned to business outcomes.
• Elevate engineers to trusted advisors with practical programs and real customer scenarios.
• Build AI-powered practice environments and content pipelines for rapid learning.
• Partner with FE leadership to weave customer skills into hiring, performance, and career paths.
• Track KPI-driven outcomes and iterate on enablement effectiveness.
