Job summary

Adlook is seeking a Business Development Director to drive client acquisition and establish our platform in the US market. You will take an entrepreneurial approach to growth, build strong stakeholder relationships, and expand Adlook SMART DSP adoption across the region.

You will shape growth, promote Adlook’s values and USPs, and lead cross-functional efforts to win new opportunities with agencies and brands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in adtech (DSP/SSP/measurement/ad serving/data)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of driving growth with large accounts
• Ability to build relationships with executive teams and industry groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to develop personally and mentor others
• Fluent English is a must

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition for Adlook SMART DSP in the US
• Lead new-business efforts with agencies and brands
• Develop strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions
• Own relationships with stakeholders across agencies and brands
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to meet client expectations
• Evangelize Adlook values and USPs to regional teams
• Lead RFI processes to win opportunities
• Implement cross-sell tactics to grow platform adoption
