Job summary

Barker Owen is seeking a General Manager to lead the US business for a premium global brand. The role reports to the global CEO and carries full P&L responsibility for the US market, with travel across the US and to European HQ.

The incoming GM will drive growth, profitability and unlock untapped US potential, partnering with global leadership to scale channels and performance marketing. The position involves leading a ~40-person team across sales, marketing, e-commerce, finance and supply

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading consumer businesses through change, turnaround or high growth.
• Multi-channel leadership including Retail, Online marketplaces, and D2C.

Responsibilities

• Own all P&L for the US business, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance.
• Lead a ~40-person team across sales, marketing, e-commerce, finance and supply chain.
• Reset and scale Amazon and marketplace channels with a controlled operating model.
• Accelerate D2C growth as a strategic channel, currently around 20% of revenue.
• Rebuild partnerships across mass and premium retail channels and strengthen marketing engines.
