This role offers hands-on experience with US accounting, tax codes, and business operations while serving a diverse client base. Work remotely from Turkey with US time zone alignment, join a collaborative team, and access onboarding, ongoing training, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as accounting, finance, economics, business.
• Turkish CPA (SMMM) license will be considered as a big plus.
• Experience with US GAAP and tax is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new clients and set up accounting systems.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including AP/AR, monthly closings, and financial reports.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and tax documents.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
• Research complex tax and accounting issues to provide solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and financial reporting as needed.
