Manay CPA, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks accounting professionals to expand expertise in U.S. GAAP, tax codes, and business operations for a diverse client base.

This role offers a fully remote arrangement from Turkey, with onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting, while collaborating across teams to support audits and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax.
• US GAAP experience is a big plus.
• Turkish CPA (SMMM) license is a plus.
• Outsource accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration across teams and functions.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients with smooth setup of accounting systems.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: AP/AR, closings, and reports.
• Use company software for accounting, reporting, and tax tasks.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax, depreciation schedules, and related documents.
• Assist with audits and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and margins.
• Prepare U.S. corporate and individual tax returns (1099s, year-end filings).
• Research tax and accounting issues to provide practical solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and financial reporting as needed.
