Job summary

Manay CPA is seeking accounting professionals to expand expertise in U.S. GAAP and tax practices, serving a diverse client base across industries. This role is fully remote from Turkey, with US time-zone hours, and involves onboarding, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax processing for US entities.

You’ll work with US accounting and tax, engage in audits and reports, and collaborate across a global team while growing professionally via strong onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting, audit, or tax experience.
• US GAAP knowledge and US tax concepts preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; interviews in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new clients with clear accounting setup.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including AP/AR, monthly closings, financial reports.
• Use company software to perform accounting, reporting, and tax tasks.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and related documents.
• Assist with audits and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and margins.
• Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual tax returns (including 1099s).
• Research complex tax and accounting issues for practical solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and financial reporting as needed.
