Job summary

Manay CPA is a global, full-service accounting and advisory firm based in Atlanta, GA, seeking experienced accounting professionals to deepen expertise in U.S. GAAP, tax codes, and business operations while serving a diverse client base across industries.

The role focuses on onboarding, day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, and audit prep for multi-client engagements. It offers remote work, growth opportunities, and comprehensive training across various industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
4-5+ years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax.
Prior outsourced/multi-client accounting experience.
US GAAP experience is a big plus; comprehensive training will be provided.
Experience reviewing or mentoring junior staff preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding process for new clients and design accounting system setups.
Own day-to-day bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, monthly closings, and financial reports; mentor juniors.
Use company software to complete accounting, reporting, and tax tasks accurately.
Prepare and review payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other documents.
Lead audit preparation and manage reconciliation end-to-end.
Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and surface insights.
Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual tax returns (including 1099s).
Research complex tax and accounting issues and provide solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve clients' processes.
