Job summary

Pineapple Furniture in Sterling Heights, Michigan is seeking an experienced salesperson to grow our US customer base within an expanding international business.

You’ll generate new opportunities through outbound calls, email, and research, qualify leads, arrange meetings, and work with Area Sales Representatives to win big opportunities. Training and product knowledge will be provided to help you succeed the Pineapple way.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is essential and must be target-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers by phone and email.
• Experience using a CRM system or willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, research and other prospecting activities.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers and identify their needs.
• Qualify leads and develop opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Arrange meetings and support Area Sales Representatives with new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and actively follow up with customers.
