Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Sterling Heights site and US team.
• Translate sales strategy into actionable team plans and KPI delivery.
• Maintain office culture, HR handling and finance administration.
• Oversee CRM usage and regular reporting to HQ.
• Travel as required.
